Our Story

We founded Energise Fitness back in 2021 when we were connected to Southcote Proactive Healthcare.  Many of our clients initially came to the clinic for treatments and were encouraged by their practitioners to strengthen their own bodies to prevent or reduce the need for return visits.

We often found we were working with people that had never done any formal exercising previously, and by making the sessions both fun and effective many of them are still with us over 5 years later at our new site, Flowstone Studio (since September 2024).

We evolved not to be just a place to exercise and achieve fitness goals, but we are a community of people who support each other, we are a safe space to talk and you will always leave feeling lighter and heard.

Before Your First Session

To ensure you feel safe and ready, you’ll meet a coach to complete your PAR-Q paperwork and discuss your well-being. Some people prefer starting with a private one-to-one session to build confidence with their exercises, as we believe in finding the unique approach that works best for you. Our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where your individual needs always come first.
